CAN WE TALK ABOUT WHAT I NEED BEFORE I COMMIT TO ANY HOURS/ PACKAGE?
Yes of course - I offer a complimentary 30 minute discovery call. Please drop me an email and we can arrange a convenient time to chat.
WHAT IF I DON’T USE ALL MY HOURS IN THE MONTHLY BLOCK PLAN?
Hours don’t carry over, so you’ll have to use them or I'm afraid you'll lose them. Don't worry though, with a carefully structured plan and regular catch-ups, it's highly unlikely your hours won't get used each month. For block plan you need to use your hours within 30 days of booking start date.
FOR AD-HOC WORK HOW WILL YOU KEEP COSTS UNDER CONTROL?
We will agree the time I will commit to a task before I start and I time myself and bill in 15 minute increments (a minimum of one hour applies). I will keep you updated if I need more time than agreed so there are no surprise invoices!
WHAT IF I NEED MORE THAN THE AGREED HOURS?
If you need more hours than we originally estimated, I will do all I can to accommodate you. Please note this will be dependent on the number of other clients I am working with and the hours I have free at the time.
CAN I MEET YOU IN PERSON?
Sure, but within reason! I will charge you for my travel time and costs if appropriate so please do bear this in mind.
MY WORK IS URGENT AND DEADLINES ARE TIGHT - CAN YOU MEET THEM?
For urgent / out of hours work I do charge an increased hourly rate - but will endeavour to meet your deadline which we will discuss before I start. If there are any delays you will be notified immediately.
Urgent work required outside of Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm is subject to availability and charged at £50 p/h.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
For bespoke projects, productivity hours and block plans I will invoice you before work commences and require upfront payment to secure my time.
For monthly contract work invoices have 14 day payment terms, payment to be made via BACS transfer.
A Contract, Terms & Conditions and (if appropriate) a Data Processor Agreement will be sent out when work is agreed and will commence when the signed agreement has been returned (digitally) and invoice paid (where appropriate).

My normal business hours are Monday - Thursday 9 - 5, if you contact me out of these hours I will get back to you as soon as I am next available.

Absolutely! I'm insured with PolicyBee (Hiscox) for Professional Indemnity and Public Liability and registered with the ICO for GDPR purposes (Reg ZA526254 )
